What is the minimum order requirement? And why is it four?
Our minimum is four headbands. Due to demand, we are unable to fill orders smaller than four.
Can you remove the background from my logo file?
Yes, we can remove anything that is not wanted in your final design.
Do you send a proof before starting production?
Yes, we will send a digital mockup for approval before your order is sent to production. For DIY orders, if we do not hear back from you within 1 week, the design will be pushed to production as is.
If the DIY design tool isn’t doing exactly what I want, will you edit it?
Yes, explain the changes you want to see in “Additional Order Details” and our team will make the changes before sending your final proof.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks from payment to delivery.
Do you color match?
Yes, if you need a color match please to include pantone ID # in the note section.
